This greenfield development spans 215,810 sqm across eight distinct plots, and is designed to support modern warehousing requirements. GBCE has supported Industrial Property Developer in the development of an Eco-Sustainability Guideline, designed to help the project define key sustainability parameters and ensure the implementation of environmentally responsible practices throughout the project's lifecycle. This guideline serves as a foundational document to guide the project team in integrating recommended sustainability strategies effectively, making the development LEED-ready and future-proof.

In addition to the guideline, GBCE conducted a comprehensive master plan study, which included analysis of critical environmental parameters such as solar irradiation, optimal building orientation, shadow and sun path analysis, and wind flow patterns. These studies provide valuable insights that will assist the design team in optimizing building performance based on the site's specific climatic conditions.
