When saving the planet makes business sense.
BOLD COMMUNITY
.png)
BOLD is a year-round community for industry executives in Thailand's built environment who understand that the choices made in boardrooms, on design briefs, and across procurement decisions are not just business decisions, they are choices about what the world will look like fifty years from now.
Built on more than a decade of GBCE's work alongside the people who commission, design, finance, and deliver the built environment, BOLD exists to make that responsibility actionable, giving it a room, a rhythm, and a community of peers who take it as seriously as you do.
BOLD SERIES
What is the BOLD series about?

Site Visits: Inside facilities operating at the frontier of sustainable development, where theory meets engineering reality.
Practitioner Seminars: Knowledge sharing and real world local applications of sustainable building strategies.
Closed-door Dinners: Small, closed gatherings where partnerships and ideas develop in the same conversation.
Expert Briefings: Timed precisely to the regulatory and market moments that matter, from green finance, carbon and building regulations, emerging building trends.

Site Visit
- Etix Datacenter
May 27 2026 | COMPLETED
A behind-the-scenes site visit to a high-performance industrial or data center facility, combining a guided technical tour with expert commentary from Etix General Manager. The session is designed to translate sustainability from concept to execution, offering direct insight into energy systems, design strategies, and operational performance.
Followed by a seated lunch and open discussion, the format creates space for peer exchange among developers, contractors, and asset owners, making it a practical, experience-led session focused on real-world application and decision-making.

Table for Twelve
- Developers
NOVEMBER 2026
An exclusive dinner bringing together a select group of property developers and senior decision-makers for candid conversation around the future of the built environment.
The evening combines a 15-minute provocation talk with a guided wine tasting and dinner, creating an informal setting for peer exchange, new connections and practical perspectives.

Building Differently in Practice
- Resilient by Design
December 2026
A focused, practitioner-led morning session exploring climate resilience in the hospitality sector, combining an expert presentation with moderated discussion, local case studies, and peer exchange.
Designed for a curated group of around 30 professionals, the seminar emphasizes practical insights, commercial relevance, and meaningful networking, creating space for both knowledge sharing and high-quality connections.

BOLD SUMMIT 2027
28 January 2027 | Bangkok, Thailand
The flagship annual gathering of the BOLD Community, bringing together industry leaders, decision-makers and practitioners to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping a more resilient and sustainable built environment.

Behind the Walls
- Shopee Visit
February 2027
A private, guided site visit to the Shopee Distribution Center in Samut Nakhon, bringing together 20–30 C-suite leaders and industrial owners and operators from the logistics and manufacturing sectors.
The 60–75 minute visit will provide an opportunity to explore the facility and exchange practical insights, followed by a seated lunch for peer discussion and networking.

Executive Beakfast
- First Movers Pilot
March 2027
A focused morning conversation for senior built-environment leaders, designed around one timely provocation rather than a packed agenda.
The format combines a 20-minute provocation talk, 25-minute open table conversation, and 15 minutes of informal networking, with a hard close at 9:00 AM. Concise, practical and discussion-led, the breakfast creates space for decision-makers to exchange perspectives before the working day begins.
