To start the year 2018, Armelle Le Bihan had the great opportunity to teach future engineers, Masters and Post Graduate students of the prestigious Faculty of Engineering of Chulalongkorn University, under the program "Smart Community preparation for climate change and disaster".
During this course, concepts such as climate change mitigation, urban challenges, green building benefits, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and technical building solutions have been discussed, in order to understand and better apprehend the consequences of climate change in Thailand, and how green buildings are a solution to our common future.
Thank you to Chulalongkorn for the excellent opportunity to drive sustainable change in Thailand. And best of luck to the participating students on their thesis projects and their objectives to improve building energy efficiency and introduce sustainability indicators in the fight against climate change.
