This month, Property Report published an interview we had the chance to give back earlier this year.
In this interview we discuss about the current Green Building situation in Asia and how the change comes from educating building stakeholders on the true benefits of green buildings and on de-educating on misconceptions such as significantly higher implication costs or their lack of architectural ingenuity. The transition to green buildings will occur with developers realizing the slight to no upfront costs are repaid by the financial and marketing potential of green buildings compared to conventional buildings.
